Product Marketing Manager

About the job

As Product Marketing Manager your responsibility is to position the product effectively and drive the growth of the Studio 3T product and its associated tools. By identifying new channels across the funnel and coördinating our efforts – both internal and external – to reach new audiences and grow existing ones, you’ll help drive both adoption and active usage of our tools. You’ll get to work with brilliant developers and insightful marketing professionals to help data teams around the world do more in less time and to get more satisfaction doing it.

What you’ll do as a Product Marketing Manager:

  • Identify marketing channels across the funnel that will drive new users and  increase retention – while iteratively testing to validate your ideas as you go
  • Learn our tools and customers inside-out: you’ll translate technical features into compelling benefits to shape our product positioning and messaging across various audiences, which will guide our communications and empower our Marketing and Sales teams
  • Help create innovative, integrated marketing campaign concepts to drive awareness amongst prospects and customers across multiple channels, generating leads and opportunities from awareness through to conversion and then renewal
  • Ensure campaigns are built and executed around strategic business objectives, with a clear understanding of the target market and desired KPIs
  • Based on what you’ve identified, develop a well-structured calendar of campaigns, projects or experiments that supports our strategic objectives, sales prospecting and upsell / cross-sell goals, across segment, vertical and regional markets
  • Analyze and track metrics to help you optimize conversion rates across all channels
  • Work with internal colleagues on campaign deliverables – communicating clearly on the assets required, and timeframes for completion
  • Take part in monthly Sales and Marketing calls, to communicate the vision of key campaigns to the sales organization, and deliver frequent updates to maximize engagement
  • Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and inform future campaigns
  • Track key KPIs to measure performance / ROI, and report back into the business

The position is full time and will be based in our brand new Berlin office. Currently we’re mostly still working from home, but the expectation is we will settle into a 3:2 ratio for WFH and from the office.

About you

  • You are data-driven and measure the right metrics when you plan, test, deliver and evaluate multiple projects/campaigns/experiments – and with that, experience of creating dashboards and reports is essential
  • Experience of working closely with developers and technical teams
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to work with data and insights to produce outstanding campaigns
  • Thorough working knowledge and experience with a CRM tool such as HubSpot and commanding fluency with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of the database industry, SQL and/or NoSQL, would be beneficial, but not essential

Teams skills desired:

  • Experience in collaborating with and building strong working relationships with multiple teams across the business, in an international environment
