Studio 3T 2025.5 provides a number of improvements to Studio 3T.
You can now pop out the AI Helper and resize or reposition the window and easily view all your query code. This enhances the chat experience and provides a more seamless workflow with the ability to use the code in other parts of the Studio 3T application.
We’ve also made it easier to access the options to open your find queries in the IntelliShell tab or to convert them to aggregations by making them more visible in the Collection Tab toolbar, ensuring faster query building.
To let you know about new updates to Studio 3T, we’re introducing a subtle notification system that does not interrupt you while you’re working in the application. You’ll still be able to choose to be reminded later, skip the version, update the application the next time you start Studio 3T, or update right away. This will come into effect the next time we update Studio 3T.
Improvements in Studio 3T 2025.5
AI Helper
You can create a separate window for the AI Helper by popping it out from the Collection Tab, IntelliShell, or Aggregation Editor.
Collection Tab
The toolbar has been reorganized and the option to open a query in the Aggregation Editor has been moved to the new Open query in drop-down list. The new drop-down list also allows you to open the query in IntelliShell. The Open in IntelliShell option has been removed from the Query Code tab.
Fixed in Studio 3T 2025.5
Connection Manager
Resolved an issue introduced in Studio 3T 2025.4 that affected Kerberos authentication.
Collection Tab
Fixed an issue where the collection would be scanned even when the Preferences option to automatically run the query when opening a Collection Tab was not selected.
Visual Query Builder
Fixed an application failure that could occur during synchronization of the Visual Query Builder with input in the query bar in the Collection Tab.
Other Fixes
Updated a third-party dependency to prevent the vulnerability CVE-2025-24970.
