We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team.
In the Product Manager role, you will help shape our product vision and then work with the product team and the wider business to deliver our products to market. This means assessing the most significant opportunities and aligning engineering, marketing, sales, and research efforts to deliver genuinely useful products that also work for our business.
Who you are
First and foremost, you are a passionate, self-motivated Product Manager ready to both manage technical projects and gain a deep knowledge of our key products. You are able to communicate the features and benefits of these confidently and adaptably with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Luckily, you have great intuition about what’s really important, and the discipline to pursue evidence to (in)validate your ideas.
This is a position for a critical thinker who can effectively synthesize and prioritize business needs. Not only will you be afforded a high degree of agency, but also the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people and to be part of a growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage stakeholders: Manage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure customer needs are met by the product and that expectations are managed
- Prioritize work: Manage and prioritize development backlog work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are effectively understood and built into technical specifications
- Brief designs: Work closely with UX designers to ensure needs are being effectively built into designs
- Research customers: Conduct primary research using a variety of data sources that can validate ideas, documenting and sharing findings across different areas of the business
- Advocate for the customer: Understand and communicate customer needs effectively, and bring customer-centric thinking into all of your conversations
- Product vision: Support the Head of Product in the development of the product vision
What we need you to bring to the table
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- A proven track record of working closely with developers and technical teams on a consumer-facing software project
- Fluency with data, meaning you’re comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information and prioritizing outcomes
- A strong collaborative spirit and enthusiasm about engaging with others to create great products and services
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English

- You not only have experience in Product Management, but you are already sure this is the career path for you
- You’re intimately familiar with how the development lifecycle works, from MVP to EOL, and you have some level of familiarity with database technologies
- You’re a quick learner able to quickly get up to speed with complex topics on your own
- You have great intuition about what’s really important, and the discipline to pursue evidence to (in)validate your ideas
- You consider yourself a critical thinker who can effectively prioritize customer and business needs, and who knows when to challenge assumptions
- You are comfortable giving presentations and demonstrations that confidently communicate features and benefits to a variety of audiences
