What are Monthly Subscriptions?
Monthly Subscriptions for Studio 3T allow users to get a license for any number of seats of Basic or Pro Studio 3T tiers on a monthly, auto-renewing subscription basis. Monthly subscriptions give subscribers flexibility in how they consume Studio 3T.
Studio 3T has previously only been available on an annual subscription of one, two or three years length which requires renewal at the end of its term for continued use. These options offer access to the Ultimate edition and savings based on term length and volume.
How do I get a Monthly subscription?
Select the Monthly option when purchasing your Studio 3T license on the Buy page.
Can I upgrade my Monthly subscription?
Yes, if you are on a monthly subscription to Studio 3T Basic, you can upgrade to Studio 3T Pro. Use the License Manager and select Manage License and Upgrade Seats.
An upgrade applies to all seats on a subscription. There are no mixed edition licenses for monthly subscriptions. Mixed edition licenses are only an option for annual subscribers. Studio 3T Ultimate edition is only available to annual subscribers.
Can I downgrade my Monthly subscription?
Yes, if you are on a monthly subscription to Studio 3T Pro, you can downgrade to Studio 3T Basic. Use the License Manager and select Manage License and Downgrade Seats.
A downgrade applies to all seats on a subscription. There are no mixed edition licenses for monthly subscriptions; this is only an option for annual subscribers.
When will I see the charge for a Monthly subscription?
At the start of the monthly billing cycle.
How can I cancel a Monthly subscription?
Using the License Manager, go to the Manage License menu item and select Manage Subscription. There you will find a Cancel Subscription option which will completely cancel your subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and it can be reverted at any time before then.
